Managing Contacts

Contact Types

There are four types of contacts that can be administered in your iWeb account. Additional contacts cannot log into the account but can be added to any communication when opening an assistance request or to email subscription lists.

  • Primary: This contact has access to the account, full control of the account and receives all communications.
  • Administrator: All billing and technical communication that goes through the account is copied to this contact.
  • Technical: All technical communication that goes through the account is copied to this contact.
  • Observer: All billing communication that goes through the account is copied to this contact.

Adding Additional Contacts

 

  1. Log in at account.iweb.com and click on the Manage Profile & Contacts link.

  2. Select the 'Add a contact' button underneath the name of the Primary contact name.

  3. Fill in the required information, including User Type (Mobile phone number is optional) and click save.
