Several situations may interfere with online payments for your iWeb account. In order to make sure your account remains in good standing, be sure to confirm all payments are complete by doing any of the following:
- Verify your account in the Customer Hub or Control Center
- Create a Customer Service/Billing ticket to request confirmation
- Check your credit card statement
- Contact PayPal, your wire transfer service or financial institution to confirm transaction
- For cheques you can also create a Customer Service/Billing ticket to request confirmation
