Retrieving or changing a password in the Customer Hub

It's important to change your password periodically for security reasons. Follow these simple steps to do so: 

         1. From the iWeb.com homepage, click on the log in button.
         2. Click on the Customer Hub link in the breadcrumbs.

       3.Click on Modify and enter your new password in the two fields (New password and Password confirmation). 
       4. Click Submit. 

If you do not have access to your account and wish to reset your password, follow these instructions: 

  1. From the iWeb.com homepage, click on the log in button.
  2. Select the Click Here button.
  3. Complete the short form with your email and captcha image text and click submit.
