You can specify the remote hosts that are allowed to access the databases on the server.

Use this procedure to configure remote MySQL accesses:

  1. Log on to your WHM as root.
  2. Go to "SQL Services" section.
  3. Click on "Additional MySQL Access Hosts".
  4. You can enter the hostnames or IP addresses of the allowed hosts here.
  5. Click "Save".

Note:

Users must log into their cPanel and use the "Remote MySQL" feature to set up access from these hosts.
