Accessing the virtual console on a Smart Server

Expertise level: Easy

The virtual console can be used to troubleshoot problems prior to opening a Customer Support ticket. Access is simple: 

  1. Log into your account at
  2. Select your Smart Server and click on the Server Admin tab. 
  3. Open the Remote Console section and click 'Open Window'. 
  4. If the console appears black, press enter.
