Updating Payment Details for a Cloud Server

Since your Cloud services are billed at the end of the month and depending on the usage you make of it, it is important to always have a valid credit card associated to your account.

To avoid an unpleasant surprise at the end of the month, our billing system will pre-authorize your credit card at mid-month to ensure that it is functional. The pre-authorized amount is a projection based on the usage of the first 15 days of the month.

In case the pre-authorization does not work at mid-month, an notification email will be immediately sent to you. You will then have the last 15 days of the month in order to update your payment information in our systems.

You can update your credit card information by following these simple steps:

    1. Access the Control Center.

    2. Click on "Add Server" and select "Cloud Server".

    3. Choose any package and confirm the selection.

    4. Enter the new credit card information and click "Verify my credit card".


    5. Close the active window
