Opening a Technical Ticket (Cloud)

Technical tickets for Cloud servers are a little different than on Classic or Smart servers. 

If your issue is supported, you can open a ticket with our technical support team. Technical tickets are the fastest and most efficient way to communicate with our team, and our agents are standing by.

Step 1: Log in at the following address:


Step 2: Click on the box labelled 'Feedback & Support' in the bottom right corner of the screen..


Step 3: Select 'Cloud Servers'.


Step 4: In the drop down menu, select the Cloud server experiencing issues.


Be sure to describe your issue as clearly as possible in the text box.

Once all the information has been entered, simply click on 'Submit Request' to generate a ticket, and one of our agents will contact you as soon as possible.
