Accessing the virtual console on a Cloud Server

Expertise level: Easy

The virtual console can be used to troubleshoot problems prior to opening a Customer Support ticket. Access is simple: 

  1. Log into your account at account.iweb.com.
  2. Select your Cloud server and click on 'Console'.

  3. If the console appears blank, press enter.
