Confirming network interface status to enable backup agents

Network interfaces must be enabled when using R1Soft cloud backups. If you are troubleshooting a failed backup follow these steps to ensure your settings are correct: 

NOTE: This article is for Smart Server backups that pass through the LAN. Classic, dedicated server backups pass through a WAN and should verify firewall access.

1. Log into your Control Center and select your server. Go to the 'Network' tab. 

2. Expand the Private Local Area Network tab.

3. Click the 'OFF' button to change it to 'ON'.

4. Confirm the change on the left side of the screen.
