Ensuring abuse notifications are received

The following are recommendations to ensure you receive iWeb's Abuse and Security notifications:

1- Add additional contact email addresses to your customer profile. Please refer to this article which explains how to manage your contacts: https://kb.iweb.com/hc/en-us/articles/230243088-Managing-Contacts

2- Avoid exclusively using email addresses that are hosted on your server for your contacts. If the mail service is jammed because of spam or the server is suspended you will not receive our abuse notifications.

3- Ensure that the email addresses provided in your account profile are valid and the mail boxes are not at capacity.

4- Ensure those email addresses are monitored and checked regularly.

5- Ensure that our email address abuse@iweb.com is added to your email client whitelist. For more information on how to whitelist a sender email address in different security software or email clients, please consult the following link: http://support2.constantcontact.com/articles/FAQ/2753

If you need assistance or have any questions, please communicate with our Technical Support team via phone or by creating a Support ticket via the Customer Hub.
